Environmental measurements
The building does not function in a vacuum. Noise coming from outside (e.g., from a busy road) can lower the value of your residential investment, and noise emitted by your establishment can lead to conflicts with neighbors and legal issues. Environmental measurements are a tool that turns guesses into hard evidence. We provide the data necessary to obtain administrative decisions, design effective acoustic screens, and ensure a "good neighborhood" for your property.

What exactly do we measure?
We analyze noise in every context in which it interacts with the external environment:
Transportation noise: We assess the impact of roads, railways, and tram lines on planned or existing development.
Industrial noise: We measure sound emissions from factories, ventilation systems, generators, and production lines into the environment.
Impact of noise on buildings and surroundings: We analyze facade exposure and human occupancy zones to external sound.
Intervention measurements: We verify reports of nuisances in order to resolve disputes objectively and confirm any exceedances of permissible limits.
Post-implementation measurements: We check the actual effectiveness of the applied safeguards, such as barriers or silencers, after the new investment has been fully commissioned.
Identification of noise sources in the environment: We identify the dominant emitters in complex machinery systems in order to indicate specific equipment requiring noise reduction or modernization.
Assessment of the acoustic climate: We determine the current acoustic condition of the area in relation to its function, checking whether the plot is suitable for residential, hospital, or recreational development.
Environmental and formal documentation: We collect reliable measurement data necessary for preparing acoustic maps, assessments, and expert studies required in administrative procedures.
Why is this so important? (Purpose of measurements)
Environmental measurements are most often carried out at two critical stages:
Planning and acceptance stage: To obtain a building permit or occupancy permit, you must demonstrate that noise standards are not exceeded. Our report is the document required by authorities.
Problem resolution: When complaints arise from nearby residents or environmental inspections. In such cases, measurement makes it possible to assess the situation objectively and – if necessary – select precise remedial measures (e.g., silencers, barriers), instead of acting blindly.

Methodology and Reporting
In environmental matters, there is no room for error. We carry out measurements strictly in accordance with PN-ISO standards and current ministerial regulations, taking into account local specifics and the nature of the sound source.
The final product of our work is a comprehensive report. It is not just a collection of charts, but a document containing a legal analysis of the results, an assessment of compliance with standards, and – most importantly – engineering recommendations. If the standards are exceeded, we will show you the most effective path to mitigating the problem.
