Acoustic operation
The acoustic report may constitute a comprehensive study or be prepared in a scope covering selected components, in accordance with the needs of the investment and the client's expectations, such as:
Acoustic audit: Verify before you build. Detect risks at an early stage.
Acoustic simulations: Predict, optimize, save. See acoustics on 3D maps.
Acoustic measurements: Facts instead of guesses. Hard data on the comfort of your interior.
Environmental measurements: An investment in harmony with its surroundings.
Vibration isolation design: Stable structure, zero vibrations. Engineering against the forces of physics.
Acoustic insulation design: Keep noise behind the wall. Design an effective sound barrier.
Auralizations: Don’t guess, listen. Virtual reality for your ears.
Stage 1: Analysis and prevention (Before you start building)
As part of the report, we closely examine design assumptions: from partitions and installations to interior finishes. We do not guess—based on the documentation, we perform precise calculations and computer simulations. This allows us to catch potential problems while still "on paper," helping to avoid costly corrections during construction.
What exactly do we check at this stage?
Acoustic insulation: Will the walls and floors effectively block airborne and impact sounds?
Noise level: Will technical installations stay within permissible standards?
Interior acoustics: What will the reverberation time, sound reinforcement uniformity, and speech intelligibility index (STI) be?
Stage 2: Measurement verification (I verify)
Paper accepts everything, but physics does not lie. After the investment is completed, we supplement the report with in situ control measurements. We check whether reality matches the design. We perform measurements of insulation, reverberation time, and noise generated by equipment.
The final result is a detailed final report. In it, you receive a summary of the results, their interpretation, and an assessment of compliance with applicable standards (including the PN-B-02151 series) and investor requirements.
When is an acoustic report essential?
This document is a key tool at many stages of an investment’s lifecycle. Most often, it constitutes:
An essential part of the building acceptance documentation.
A required attachment for BREEAM, LEED, or WELL certification processes.
Material for design or technical audit (Due Diligence).
A basis for quality verification during modernization or adaptation of existing facilities.
Gain full control over the acoustic quality of your investment.
