What Are Professional Acoustic Measurements?

These tests are a standard in modern offices, conference rooms, schools, and recording studios. They serve one purpose: to verify whether the space meets standards and whether it provides users with the comfort necessary for effective work.

What exactly do we measure?

We analyze the key parameters that determine sound quality and silence:

• Reverberation time (RT30/RT60): Does the interior sound comfortable and avoid excessive sound build-up?

• Airborne sound insulation: Are conversations, music, or noise from adjacent rooms effectively reduced?

• Impact sound insulation: Are footsteps, moving chairs, and other vibrations from other rooms sufficiently dampened?

• Background noise level: Are building systems, ventilation, and devices operating at an acceptable noise level?

• Specialized Recording / Hi-fi / Cinema: Does the room provide the right sound, listening precision, and overall experience quality?

• Workstations: Is the noise level at the workstation safe and compliant with requirements?

• Acoustic power level: What actual noise emission is generated by the device or installation?

Why is it worth carrying out measurements?

Poor acoustic conditions are a silent killer of productivity. We usually carry out measurements in two situations:

1. Verification (New investments): Do you want to check whether the contractor honored the agreement and whether the building meets standards? Measurements are the only proof in the acceptance of construction and insulation works.

2. Diagnosis and Modernization (Existing facilities): Are employees complaining about noise? Instead of covering the office with random panels, we first measure the problem. This allows us to select solutions precisely where they are needed, avoiding unnecessary expenses.

How do we work?

We do not believe in half measures. We perform measurements using calibrated first-class precision equipment, strictly in accordance with PN and ISO standards.
