A space has been created in the Warsaw office that resembles a modern orangery rather than a traditional meeting room. Wooden platforms, plush seating, ubiquitous greenery, and an industrial ceiling combine to foster a casual environment designed for presentations, workshops, and team meetings.

A key element of the project is the NyquiWall acoustic walls. These minimalist, perfectly smooth surfaces feature outstanding sound absorption parameters. Beneath a layer of light grey, acoustically transparent fabric, we have concealed all installations and technical components.

The system reduces echo, shortens reverberation, and improves speech intelligibility, making even large, open-plan spaces quieter and more comfortable. In a world saturated with visual stimuli, NyquiWall paradoxically organizes the environment not only visually, but also acoustically.

For years, Skanska has been developing spaces with a strong emphasis on user well-being, sustainable development, and the quality of daily operations. The company's residential and commercial investments form a natural part of a well-designed environment.
