An open-plan office layout, glass meeting rooms, and high, exposed ceilings. The Avis office in Warsaw required solutions that would effectively reduce reverberation, improve speech intelligibility, and maintain a comfortable working environment.

The most distinctive element in the Warsaw office is the EcoBaffle ceiling acoustic system. Thanks to their individually designed form, they stretch across the entire office, creating a rib-like composition. Suspended below the ceiling, they increase the total sound-absorbing surface area, effectively reducing reverberation.

Meeting rooms and individual focus spaces have been finished using the EcoWall Basic system. The minimalist form and color allow the focus to remain on the proportions of the interior. The partitions featuring EcoWall Tiles panels look particularly compelling.

Contrasts build the character of this realization. Cool grays meet warm wood, deep navy is broken up by vibrant red, and raw concrete is complemented by felt ceiling baffles. Acoustics work best when no one has to think about them, and in this case, they are one of the strongest elements of the entire commercial design.
