Żółwin Primary School

Energetic school corridors are among the most acoustically challenging spaces. Every day, they are filled with hundreds of little footsteps, laughter, and that characteristic school bustle. Children are their most demanding users, as no one utilizes space as intensively, spontaneously, and with their entire being as they do.

On the ceiling, we installed 50 mm thick EcoCloud panels, suspended in a symmetrical grid. These island panels absorb sound across a wide frequency range, reduce reverberation, and improve speech intelligibility, which directly translates into conversational comfort and everyday usability in educational spaces.

The white modules visually blend into the ceiling surface, creating a structured plane that seamlessly integrates the existing lighting. Light gray EcoTiles were mounted on the walls, serving as pinboards in this instance. Their simple design with rounded corners perfectly complements the school's character.

The entire design is kept in neutral tones, providing a calm backdrop to the vibrant school environment. Above all, the applied acoustic solutions fulfill their core purpose: they help mitigate noise in an environment where quietness may not be a frequent guest, but is certainly a necessity.

The 11th of November Primary School in Żółwin is part of the School and Kindergarten Complex. The institution focuses, among other things, on active learning methods and creating a friendly environment that responds to the diverse needs of its students.

In the museum’s new educational and exhibition spaces in Wsola, the acoustics were individually tailored to the intended use. The implemented systems operate in multiple layers, creating a sense of comfort that directly enhances the visitor experience of the exhibition.

Acoustics in educational spaces is much more than noise reduction; it is genuine support for the learning process. Reducing reverberation and eliminating excessive reflections make speech clearer, helping students understand and absorb information more effectively.

Healing Minds

One of the biggest design challenges in places that require confidentiality is sound, which easily travels between rooms and quickly gets out of control. From the very beginning of designing the Healing Minds interiors, we knew we would not compromise in this area. We chose solutions that allowed us to create beautiful, quiet, and conversation-safe spaces.

Hearing laboratory

The sound laboratory is a space where acoustic conditions must leave no room for interpretation – they must be stable and predictable. The design of this space began with the assumption to create an environment that would allow for the reliable conduction and reading of research results, which is why silence, control of reflections, and a balanced reverberation time became the foundation of the entire concept.
