The key element of the design is the EcoLamp acoustic lighting. Hung directly above the desks, they successfully replace classic ceiling islands. They work in a targeted way, which allows for effective sound management in the open-plan space, while offering users tangible acoustic comfort.

In the relaxation area, the lamps help create an intimate, focus-friendly environment. The fixtures in shades of gray contrast with the raw, technical ceiling, emphasizing the interior's unique character.

Mattel is one of the most recognizable companies in the toy industry, behind brands such as Barbie and Hot Wheels. The office in Warsaw reflects its creative character, combining the functionality of a workplace with an inspiring, energetic aesthetic.

The ceiling is a space where multiple sound wave reflections accumulate sound. Three-dimensional mesh elements installed directly above workstations absorb both direct waves and reflections from the hard, technical ceiling surface.
