Halls and factories

In a manufacturing plant, noise is not just a discomfort – it is a harmful factor that directly affects the health of the workforce and the financial results of the company. Exceeded standards pose a risk of occupational diseases, fines from the Labor Inspectorate, as well as a drastic decrease in operator concentration, which leads to errors and accidents.

We approach industry with a task-oriented mindset. We do not fight noise "blindly". We measure it, locate the sources, and implement engineering solutions that restore the shop floor to a safe working zone.

Silence equals higher productivity (Combating reverberation)

Production halls are by nature vast, hard spaces ("acoustic wells"), where the sound of a single machine escalates, flooding the entire facility with noise.
We utilize industrial absorptive structures (baffles, ceiling panels) that drastically reduce reverberation time.
The result: Noise stops spreading. Workers in distant zones gain peace of mind, and verbal communication on the shop floor becomes possible once again.

Source isolation: Enclose noise in a cage

The most effective method is tackling noise at its source. We design and manufacture dedicated acoustic enclosures:

  • Machine and compressor enclosures: Sealed cabins that reduce noise emissions by up to several dozen decibels, while simultaneously ensuring proper equipment ventilation.

  • Industrial screens: Mobile or permanent barriers that protect workstations in the immediate vicinity of noisy technological lines.

  • Supervisor cabins: Soundproofed oases of calm for managers and quality controllers, located in the heart of production.

Vibration isolation – protecting machinery assets

Noise is often the result of raw vibrations. Vibrations transmitted from heavy presses or fans to the building structure damage floors and disrupt the operation of precision equipment nearby.
We implement vibration isolation systems (mats, anti-vibration mountings, expansion joints) that decouple machinery from the subfloor. This is an investment that extends the lifespan of both the equipment and the facility itself.

Compliance guarantee with PIP and OHS

Our interventions are based on hard data. We begin with acoustic measurements and conclude with a post-implementation report that confirms the effectiveness of the solutions applied. We provide you with the assurance that your facility complies with stringent hearing protection standards.

Take care of your people, and they will take care of your production.

Constant exposure to noise levels of 70 dB significantly decreases work efficiency. It can also lead to permanent hearing loss, headaches, and nervous disorders.
