Club of the Year? For us, the answer is simple

We were absolutely delighted to learn that Warsaw's Smolna is running for the title of Club of the Year Poland in the Munoludy 2025 plebiscite – one of the most prestigious and opinion-forming rankings in the Polish club scene. For years, the participants of nightlife culture have been pointing out the venues, artists, and events that, in their opinion, define the domestic electronic music scene.

For us, however, this nomination has a special significance, because Smolna is a project whose acoustic DNA was co-created by Nyquista.

A place that shapes culture

Acoustical design, like the invisible hero of a great party, works best when no one thinks about it. After all, guests do not go to a club to admire sound absorption coefficients.

They come for the emotions. For music that sounds exactly as the artists intended. For conversations that remain possible despite high volume levels. All of this contributes to a level of comfort that makes them want to stay on the dance floor hours later.

The art of good sound

When a club gains recognition from the public and artists, we usually only see the final result. Behind the scenes, however, is a whole team of people whose collaborative effort shapes the experience that keeps guests returning time and time again.

In the case of Smolna, we had the pleasure of being responsible for the acoustic design and treatment of the entire venue. This is one of those projects that have become a permanent part of our company's history and remain a point of pride for us to this day.

Considering the consistency of their programming, brand recognition, international bookings, and importance to the Warsaw and Polish electronic music scene, it is hard to imagine a shortlist without Smolna.
