Acoustic simulations

Acoustic simulations are an excellent tool during the stage of designing acoustics in your room. They allow us to quickly and easily model both existing objects and those in the design phase, which can significantly impact investment costs during the implementation stage.

What is the purpose of acoustic simulations?

Simulations give us many possibilities in the context of understanding and analyzing acoustic conditions in our rooms. With their help, we can freely position and model both the sound source and any other object that influences our auditory experiences and check how the acoustics in our room will change.

Acoustic simulations allow for a very precise calculation of the quantity, type, and even the location of acoustic elements that should be applied in a given adaptation. This enables us to accurately predict the amount of materials needed for acoustic adaptation and avoid additional costs at the execution stage of the project.

What parameters can we simulate?

Acoustic simulations allow for the calculation and visualization of most acoustic parameters that affect the sound in our room. The most important of them are:

  • reverberation time in the room

  • acoustic absorption

  • sound pressure level

  • speech intelligibility index

  • spatiality of sound

  • acoustic insulation

Acoustic simulations allow you to check how sound propagates in the designed room.
