Acoustic operation
An acoustic audit is your passport to a trouble-free building reception. It is a comprehensive technical document that combines analysis, calculations, simulations, and final measurement verification. Its purpose is simple: to provide you with a black-and-white confirmation that your project and the realized investment meet strict national regulations and the requirements of prestigious certifications such as BREEAM and LEED.

Step 1: Analysis and Prevention (Before You Start Building)
As part of the report, we take a closer look at the project assumptions: from partitions and installations to interior finishes. We do not guess – based on the documentation, we perform precise calculations and computer simulations. This allows us to catch any potential problems 'on paper', which helps avoid costly corrections at the construction site.
What exactly do we check at this stage?
Sound insulation: Will the walls and ceilings effectively block airborne and impact sounds?
Noise level: Will the technical installations exceed permissible norms?
Interior acoustics: What will be the reverberation time, uniformity of sound distribution, and speech intelligibility index (STI)?
Step 2: Measurement Verification (I Check)
Paper will accept everything, but physics does not lie. After completing the investment, we supplement the report with in-situ control measurements. We check whether reality matches the project. We perform measurements of insulation, reverberation time, and noise generated by devices.
The finale is a detailed final report. You receive a summary of results, their interpretation, and an assessment of compliance with applicable standards (including the PN-B-02151 series) and investor requirements.
When is an acoustic report necessary?
This document is a key tool at many stages of the investment's life. Most often it serves as:
An essential part of building acceptance documentation.
A required attachment for certification processes BREEAM, LEED, or WELL.
Material for project or technical audits (Due Diligence).
A basis for verifying quality during the modernization or adaptation of existing structures.
Gain full control over the acoustic quality of your investment.
