Acoustic audit
In acoustics, time is literally money. The decision to conduct an audit at an early stage of design is the simplest way to reduce investment costs. Why? Because moving a wall in the AutoCAD drawing costs nothing, but rebuilding a finished office where "everything is heard" does.

An audit is your insurance. It allows you to optimally utilize materials and plan the layout of rooms so that silence is a natural effect of the project, rather than the result of costly corrections.
What exactly is an acoustic audit?
It's more than just a review of documentation. It is a collaborative consultation with an acoustics expert. The audit is best conducted at the very beginning of the design work. It serves to verify whether your vision is in accordance with the Building Law and the applicable acoustic standards in Poland.
The conclusions from the audit are a ready-made "roadmap" that will help you refine the object for maximum user comfort.
What do we examine?
During the audit, we analyze the building comprehensively – from the foundations to the ventilation. We check, among other things:
The surroundings of the investment: How will the location and environmental noise affect the interior?
The structure: Are the acoustic parameters of the walls and ceilings sufficient?
Interior acoustics: Reverberation time, sound insulation, and speech intelligibility.
Functional layout: Are quiet zones not directly adjacent to noisy machines or the kitchen?
Details and "acoustic bridges": Cable routes, electrical installations, leaks.
Sanitary and ventilation installations: Often overlooked, yet key sources of noise.
Joinery: Sealing of doors and windows.
When is it worth conducting an audit?
We operate in two scenarios:
Before construction begins (Prevention): To optimize the project, select the right materials, and avoid mistakes that would be impossible or very expensive to correct after pouring concrete.
In a completed building (Diagnosis): If the building already exists but the acoustics are "failing", the audit acts like an investigation. We identify noise sources, find leaks, and suggest specific corrective solutions.
Don't take risks. Consult your project with an acoustician.

One of the endpoints of the audit is the report. It consists of a graphic and descriptive part.
