Environmental measurements
The building does not function in a vacuum. Noise coming from outside (e.g., from a busy road) can lower the value of your residential investment, and noise emitted by your establishment can lead to conflicts with neighbors and legal issues. Environmental measurements are a tool that turns guesses into hard evidence. We provide the data necessary to obtain administrative decisions, design effective acoustic screens, and ensure a "good neighborhood" for your property.

What exactly do we measure?
We analyze noise in every context where it interacts with the external environment:
Traffic noise: We examine the impact of roads, railway tracks, and tramlines on planned or existing buildings.
Industrial noise: We measure sound emission from factories, ventilation systems, generators, and technological lines into the environment.
Effectiveness of barriers: We verify whether the acoustic screens or machine enclosures that have been installed actually work.
Background noise: We determine the sound level in areas subject to acoustic protection (e.g., residential neighborhoods, hospitals, parks).
Why is it so important? (Purpose of the measurements)
Environmental measurements are most often carried out at two key moments:
Planning and acceptance stage: To obtain a construction or use permit, you must prove that noise standards are not exceeded. Our report is a document required by authorities.
Problem solving: When complaints from local residents or environmental protection inspections arise. At that point, measurements allow for an objective assessment of the situation and – if necessary – precise remedial measures (e.g., silencers, screens) instead of acting blindly.
Methodology and Reporting
In environmental matters, there is no room for errors. We carry out measurements strictly according to PN-ISO standards and current ministerial regulations, taking into account local specificities and the nature of the noise source.
The final product of our work is a comprehensive report. It is not just a collection of graphs, but a document containing a legal analysis of the results, an assessment of compliance with standards, and – most importantly – engineering recommendations. If the standards are exceeded, we will indicate the most effective way to mitigate the problem.
