Halls and factories

We approach the industry in a task-oriented manner. We do not fight noise "blindly." We measure it, locate sources, and implement engineering solutions that restore the hall to a safe working zone.
Silence means higher efficiency (Fighting echo)
Production halls are inherently large, hard volumes ("acoustic wells"), where the sound of one machine is amplified, flooding the entire facility with noise.
We use industrial absorption systems (baffles, ceiling panels) that drastically shorten echo time.
Effect: Noise stops "carrying." Employees in distant zones gain peace, and verbal communication on the hall becomes possible again.
Source isolation: Trap noise in a cage
The most effective method is to fight at the source. We design and manufacture dedicated acoustic enclosures:
Enclosures for machines and compressors: Sealed cabins that reduce noise emissions by several dozen decibels while ensuring ventilation for the equipment.
Industrial screens: Mobile or permanent partitions that protect workstations in the immediate vicinity of noisy technological lines.
Quiet rooms: Soundproof oases of tranquility for managers and quality controllers located in the heart of production.
Vibration isolation – protecting the machinery park
Noise is often the result of vibrations. Vibrations transmitted from heavy presses or fans to the building's structure destroy floors and disrupt the operation of precision devices nearby.
We implement vibration isolation systems (mats, anti-vibration feet, dilatations) that "decouple" machines from the ground. This is an investment that extends the lifespan of both the equipment and the hall itself.
Warranty of compliance with PIP and health and safety regulations
Our actions are based on solid data. We start with acoustic measurements and end with an execution report that confirms the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. We assure you that your plant meets stringent hearing protection standards.
Take care of people, and they will take care of your production.

Constant exposure to noise levels of 70 dB significantly decreases work efficiency. It can also lead to permanent hearing loss, headaches, and nervous disorders.
