Smolna
The Smolna Club is located in the very center of Warsaw in a pre-war tenement building at Smolna Street 38. The space of the complex is over 1300 m2, which includes two dance floors, a chillout room, three operating bars, and a patio adapted as a third stage in the open air.
The interior design was created by Urban Więckowski from Urban-Design in collaboration with Nyquista. From the beginning, we focused on an industrial and raw decor while creating the club. The ceiling features minimalist acoustic islands resembling concrete blocks. Each island is equipped with independent LED lighting, allowing for the creation of dynamic light scenes. On the walls, we used sound-absorbing panels made of perforated metal. In the corners, behind the bar and behind the DJ booth, we hid membrane bass traps.
