The area designated for conversations with clients and meetings requiring privacy was created for Mercedes-Benz in Warsaw. The acoustically separated area, designed as a freestanding structure, allows for its easy relocation with changes in the office layout.

Two of the four walls made using special acoustic glass  provide visual lightness and contact with the rest of the open space. The remaining two walls are finished with the NyquiWall system. In its substructure, acoustic foam has been used for enhanced insulation, serving as a sound-absorbing material. This combination provides high acoustic comfort inside the mobile meeting room – it improves speech intelligibility, reduces reverberation, and eliminates unwanted sound reflections. Additionally, the used acoustic insulation limits the transmission of conversations to the open space area, which increases confidentiality during meetings and minimizes distracting noise in the office.

A neutral color scheme in shades of gray has been selected to match the aesthetics of the showroom, blending into its interiors and highlighting the elegant, minimalist character of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
