Curtain Cinema
The Kurtyna Cinema in Sulejówek is an intimate cultural venue that serves as a cinema, theater, and event space. The place is known for its diverse repertoire and the organization of artistic and educational events. For years, it has been an important point on the map of local culture.
The room, seating 120 people, is equipped with the latest projector and screen capable of projecting 3D films, as well as a multi-channel sound system. The facility is also adapted to host all kinds of cultural events such as theater performances, conferences, or concerts.
Acoustic panels from the Fiber Color series covered with velvet have been installed on the walls. Emergency exits, the upper part of the room, and the stage have been concealed with acoustic curtains. To enhance the comfort of film screenings, we applied carpets and V-MAT 350 acoustic mats on the floor. They effectively reduce the transmission of impact noise and vibrations.
The ceiling construction in this project has been executed using the EcoCelling system. Cinema-style ceiling tiles are classic black elements made from compressed mineral wool, which has a high sound absorption coefficient. The ceiling visually
