Volkswagen Factory
The Volkswagen factory in Września is one of the largest foreign investments in Poland. The production capacity of the new plant can reach up to 100,000 cars per year. In the hall where finished vehicle models are presented, there was an issue with significant reverberation noise and low speech intelligibility. Due to the acoustics and the very large volume of the room, we utilized a large amount of materials with a high sound absorption coefficient.
We preceded the selection of the panels with an acoustic simulation. The two perpendicular walls were entirely adapted with the NyquiWall system. Acoustic islands NyquiCloud Antiflame are located on the ceiling. In the central point of the room, we placed an impressive acoustic wallpaper with a print measuring 6 x 11 m. The wallpaper itself is acoustically transparent, and beneath it lies a sound-absorbing material. All applied claddings have a high fire class and resistance to mechanical damage. Therefore, they can be used in industrial facilities.
