The biggest acoustic challenge in the adaptation of the Euronet Poland office was taming the noise characteristic of large, open spaces, heightened by glazed corridors. The conditions required unconventional solutions, so we decided to integrate several of our top acoustic systems.

The open space of the corridors with tables was equipped with a comprehensive system of EcoBaffle ceiling panels in shades of dark graphite and warm wood. This allowed us to visually lower and organize the ceiling, significantly reduce the spreading of unwanted sounds, and improve speech intelligibility. The raster arrangement of the panels significantly increases the absorption surface compared to standard ceiling solutions.

The conference rooms were equipped with EcoWall Custom panels with individually designed shapes with cut-out inscriptions. The gray panels with a spatial structure provide a strong graphic accent, while also absorbing sounds reflecting off the glazed walls, which significantly improves acoustic comfort in communication areas.

In the open space between workstations, freestanding Ecoscreen Floor screens appeared, which separate desks, ensuring privacy while additionally absorbing sounds from phone conversations and office equipment. Thanks to the mobile construction, they can be freely moved and adjusted to changing layouts of the space. The applied acoustic systems allowed for reducing echo, improving speech clarity, and creating conditions conducive to concentration and conceptual work.

The whole is maintained in a neutral gray-graphite color scheme, which corresponds with the minimalist architecture of the interior and allows the acoustic systems to create a cohesive, discreet background for work.
