Lecture and conference rooms at the Adgar Training Center struggled with insufficient sound insulation of the walls, and excessive reverberation hindered the conduct of training sessions and meetings. Our goal became to implement solutions that would effectively stabilize the sound and restore functionality to the rooms.
EcoClouds are excellent at reducing sound reflections, significantly improving speech intelligibility — crucial in spaces where lectures, workshops, and presentations are held. Our eco-friendly ceiling islands are made from 100% recycled polyester fibers sourced from PET bottle recycling.
Two colors and varying heights of the suspended EcoClouds allowed for a visual organization of the ceiling and emphasized the distinct character of the interiors.
However, the most important element of this implementation is hidden, as to improve the insulation of partitions we used our NyquiFixPro system. Specially selected acoustic silencers were included in the ventilation, and the ventilation and plumbing channels received insulation inside and outside using soundproofing mats. The entire setup was additionally sealed with elastic sealant at specific points.
