In a manufacturing plant, noise is not just a discomfort – it is a harmful factor that directly affects the health of the workforce and the financial results of the company. Exceeded standards pose a risk of occupational diseases, fines from the Labor Inspectorate, as well as a drastic decrease in operator concentration, which leads to errors and accidents.

We approach the industry task-oriented. We do not fight noise "blindly". We measure it, locate the sources, and implement engineering solutions that restore the hall to a safe working zone.

Silence means higher productivity (Fight against reverberation)

Production halls are inherently large, hard spaces ("acoustic wells"), where the sound of one machine amplifies, flooding the entire plant with noise.
We use industrial sound-absorbing systems (baffles, ceiling panels) that drastically shorten reverberation time.
Effect: Noise stops "carrying". Employees in distant zones gain tranquility, and verbal communication in the hall becomes possible again.

Source isolation: Trap noise in a cage

The most effective method is to tackle it at the source. We design and implement dedicated acoustic enclosures:

  • Machine and compressor enclosures: Tight cabins that reduce noise emission by dozens of decibels while ensuring ventilation of equipment.

  • Industrial screens: Mobile or permanent partitions that protect workstations in close proximity to noisy production lines.

  • Master cabins: Soundproof oases of calm for managers and quality controllers, located in the heart of production.

Vibration isolation – protection for the machinery park

Noise is often the result of vibrations. Oscillations transmitted from heavy presses or fans to the building structure damage floors and disrupt the operation of precision equipment nearby.
We implement vibration isolation systems (mats, anti-vibration bases, expansions) that "decouple" machines from the foundation. It is an investment that extends the lifespan of equipment and the hall itself.

Guarantee of compliance with PIP and H&S regulations

Our actions are based on hard data. We start with acoustic measurements and end with an executive report that confirms the effectiveness of implemented solutions. We give you assurance that your plant meets stringent hearing protection standards.
