A dynamic, multifunctional work environment where acoustic comfort goes hand in hand with a distinctive visual identity.

A key element of the arrangement is the EcoLamp acoustic lighting. Suspended directly above the desks, they successfully replace classic ceiling islands. They operate point-by-point, which allows for effective sound management in an open-plan space, while offering users tangible acoustic comfort.

In the relaxation zone, the lamps help create intimate, concentration-friendly conditions. Fixtures in shades of gray contrast with the raw, technical ceiling, emphasizing the unique character of the interior.

Mattel is one of the most recognizable companies in the toy industry, behind brands such as Barbie and Hot Wheels. The Warsaw office reflects its creative character, combining workplace functionality with an inspiring, energetic aesthetic.
