Acoustic ceiling panels
The ceiling is sometimes the only large surface on which soundproofing materials can be used.
A large number of technical installations and the size of the room often do not allow the installation of traditional suspended ceilings. Acoustic panels in the form of islands or louvers are more effective and less problematic. They also provide free air circulation and give the room lightness.
Acoustic wall panels
Acoustic panels on the walls are an essential part of noise reduction in the office.
Especially at heights from 100 to 200 cm from the ground. This is where the propagation of human speech is at its highest, so it is worth placing acoustic wall panels to improve speech intelligibility. Also remember to adapt the walls in the corridors so that the sound does not spread over large areas.
Acoustic screens
The open space must be adapted to the changing working conditions.
Many companies designate certain rooms to specific people for group work. This enables greater flexibility and facilitates teamwork. Free-standing or suspended ceiling screens are a must if we are to provide employees with privacy and a sense of security, while not limiting levels of interaction.
Desk acoustic screens
Acoustic screens at desks are necessary equipment for open space or call center space.
In order to fulfill their function properly, they must have the right size, build and tightly adhere to the desks. First of all, the acoustic screens should provide the optimum level of insulation and acoustic absorption. In addition to acoustic and decorative properties, they can also act as a table for pinning photos, drawings or notes.
Acoustic office furniture
A modern office requires effective solutions and optimization of the use of the workplace.
To reduce the noise coming from various parts of the office, sound absorbing materials should be used. Acoustic furniture combines the functionality of ordinary office furniture with a high absorption coefficient. For example, office seats or even photocopier dividers can have an interesting design and provide a high level of conversation comfort.
Eco Design
Eco Design is a modern trend in architecture in which prioritizes environmental care and life in harmony with nature.
Increasingly at work, we want to feel as comfortable and cozy as in our homes. We are tired of the industrial and cold character of the interior and the high pace of urban life. To meet the expectations of users, we have created a series of acoustic panels based on ecological materials such as compressed felt, wood or live vegetation.
Office phone booths
These standalone constructions are equipped with lighting, ventilation, a table, a seat and the necessary electrical connectors.
The phone booth should be finished with wall and ceiling panels of the highest absorption class A, both from the inside and outside. A solid construction made of heavy boards must guarantee soundproofing. The door should be made of thick, tempered glass, which will provide access to daylight and high acoustic insulation.
Acoustics and room functions
Areas that inspire and activate.

Open Space
Properly designed open space provides us with a friendly and dynamic workplace. In open space, we want to ease communication within our team and protect against unnecessary noise coming from other workplaces. Meanwhile, ill-adapted spaces cause unwanted interference. Therefore, we should limit the propagation of sound over long distances by way of using acoustic screens at desks and a suspended ceiling or islands for a minimum 30% of the area.
Conference rooms
During meetings with clients, presentations or employee councils, you want everyone to hear clearly and be able to join in the discussion at any time. This is all too often impossible due to too excess noise reverberation. For example, this can be a result of the walls being glazed and additionally equipped with a board and a screen. These surfaces strongly reflect sound and increase noise reverberation. In order to improve the acoustics, make sure that the speech intelligibility is as good as possible and that the background noise level is lower than 35 dB.
Call Center
High noise (up to 95 dB) in the Call Center is closely related to the nature of the work and high staff density. These factors cause fatigue and disruptions during phone calls. The worse the conditions, the more mistakes we make, our effectiveness decreases and the breaks between conversations become longer. To prevent this, we should use acoustic screens (at least 50 cm above the desk), which ensure greater comfort for the callers and their interlocutors.
Focus Room
Sometimes, we all perform tasks that require silence. Focus Room is the perfect place for work that requires concentration, or for meetings in small, 2-3 person groups. That’s why we work to create the right atmosphere of intimacy and confidentiality. The surface of the walls should be covered with a minimum of 50% acoustic panels to ensure low reverberation time. In addition, the room should have a suitable construction, which guarantees wall insulation of a minimum R’A1 ≥ 40 dB.
Entrance hall / reception
The reception is the company’s showcase because it is the first impression that lasts. We should feel at ease and cozy on entrance to this area. Unfortunately, most of these halls are designed from hard materials that reflect sound such as glass, stone or wood. This can cause discomfort. Wall or ceiling acoustic panels for the reception should be interesting and unique at the same time, so that they become an additional element of our corporate identity.
Kitchens and Chillout Room
The kitchen or common spaces are ideal places for informal meetings. It is there that employees spend their breaks, integrate and talk. This means that the noise in this place consists of various sounds in the form of conversations, banging of cutlery and dishes, or the coffee machine being switched on. A high reverberation time (T ≥ 0.8 s) and low insulation of walls and doors (R’A1 ≤ 35dB) result in the spread of noise to other parts of the office and disruption of other people’s work.
Phone box
The purpose of telephone boxes is to provide employees with places where they can conduct telephone conversations freely. They should not disrupt the work of people in their environment. They can be complete mini-rooms or free-standing, mobile constructions, equipped with independent lighting and ventilation systems. However, what is most important is that they are soundproof, provide adequate acoustic comfort and high intelligibility of speech inside.
Lecture rooms
Auditoriums and lecture halls are rooms that require a special type of soundproofing. We should get the best possible speech intelligibility (STI ≥ 0.85) and even distribution of sound pressure. In the front part, between the lecturer and the listeners, we place reflective panels (amplification and direction of sound). We use absorbing panels on the walls tuned for specific frequencies and profiled scattering (diffusers).
Classrooms
Research shows that adequate acoustics in classrooms contribute to better results in education. Distortion of sound and low intelligibility of speech mean that what is said by the teacher is less well absorbed and remembered by the students (60-70% intelligibility in back desks). Usually, the acoustic background of classrooms exceeds 60 dB, which forces teachers to raise their voice. High reverberation is detrimental to student concentration levels and can cause louder behavior.

Hear the difference
Check out the benefits acoustic improvement can bring.
The office is a place particularly exposed to noise. Excessive noise reverberation caused by the operation of office equipment, incidental conversations and sounds coming from outside, have a detrimental effect on our psychophysical condition. The noise makes it difficult for us to communicate with other employees, and as a consequence we can become tired and irritable.
The proper arrangement of panels (wall, ceiling) and acoustic screens has a positive effect on our well-being and increases productivity at work.

Acoustic materials should always be adapted to the specifics of a given premises. We offer many products for acoustic insulation and adaptation, which is why our architects and acousticians will be happy to help you choose the right solutions. In the case of more complex projects, we provide consultations on the basis of calculations, measurements and simulations.
Each Nyquista acoustic product, depending on the purpose, has the necessary documentation such as: technical card, declaration of conformity, fire classification, hygienic certificate, acoustic tests, etc. In the case of non-standard products, we prepare technical documentation of the materials from which they are made.
Yes, most Nyquista acoustic panels have the necessary documentation, allowing installation in public facilities. Panels mounted by us on ceilings, are characterized by an appropriate fire classification, consistent with applicable standards and laws.
Nyquista acoustic panels are made of materials of the highest sound absorption class. The exact absorption characteristics and efficiency in a given room depends on factors such as: panel type, structure, quantity, size or their distribution. In the case of acoustic insulation products, we use closed cell materials characterized by a very high insulation factor.
Usually, the dimensions of the acoustic panels are adapted to a specific project. The maximum dimension of one panel from the Ecoline series is 145 x 245 cm. However, these panels can be combined. In the case of the Fiber Color series, the maximum dimension is 33 x 33 cm or 30 x 60 cm. Fabric Levels upholstered panels can be 140 x 200 cm. Panels from the NyquiSystem series are cut from 280 x 207 cm plates.
The NyquiWall and NyquiWall Mural stretch wall / ceiling systems are a unified structure. Therefore, they do not have dimensional limitations. Gentle joining of the stretched material is in accordance with the width of the beam (depending on the fabric used, every 140-180 cm).
Yes, if you provide graphics or photos with the required resolution. Before implementation, our employees verify whether the selected graphic can be printed.
Yes, most of our acoustic panels are adapted to the given project. We like challenges, which is why we often have new designs or use non-standard materials. We also work with many specialists from various fields of production. If you have an interesting project or idea, we will do our best to implement it.
Due to the fact that our projects usually require an individual approach and comprehensive solutions, we do not have a fixed price list. Each project is priced individually. The price of products depends on the quantity, type and complexity.
The minimum order depends on the type of product. Usually it is 10 m2.
Acoustics is an area that covers many issues, which is why we approach it comprehensively. The projects we implement require supervision of the entire process. Hence we deal with both designing, acoustic measurements, production of acoustic materials and their distribution.
